Always remember to check the FAQ along with the search function =).

I use them mostly to double check my reads on someone. For example, if I read a player as tight and then they autorate as a mouse, I am happy.

Here ya go.

Has these rules been discussed somewhere (anyone have a link)? It would be nice to what to aim for (myself) and what to watch out for.

I have been playing limit for a little more than a year and recently switched to playing NL at the $25 tables on Party Poker and Absolute Poker. Anyway, I downloaded the above mentioned rules and ran them on my database of 7500 NL hands. After this these rules rates me as an "Ultra-Aggressor". Does this mean that I need to watch out, or should I be happy just as long as I show profit? =)
