I guess it would depend on how big (and bad) of a LAG MP3 is, but I think I might 3 bet preflop.

edited to say that I'm also 3 betting the flop but again would depend on villian, edited again to say the reason that I 3 bet the flop is that we have odds to continue, and as our hand may be currently best, we might get BB or UTG to fold overcards, or one pair hands incorrectly.

I hate the cold call also. I would consider folding this flop however your implied odds allow you to call here. Honestly I would make a crying call on the river. You have an overpair and UTG may have A high which he thinks is good enough.

I'm calling the turn. I'm not sure if the set outs are good but I think the gutshot is. I also think the implieds are good enough to take one off on the flop.
