I believe he has to observe a 5 day rule on stocks he mentions on the show. On Mad they also throw up disclaimers on which stocks his charitable trust owns. On one of the boards, I read a post where some guys had a shorting scheme on his picks, they would wait a day or two or something like that, I will have to find the post. [/ QUOTE ] good idea, but do the "lightining round" stocks go up the next day??? he talks about so many. i was thinking more the stocks where he slows down the show and says he really wants you to focus on this "XXXXXX", like that IPO coming out of goldman shortly from last night's show..... anyone know if he's been pumping the biotech recently (pumping, NOT pump/dump).... also see he may have gone negative on oil, although the stocks have fallen alot.

[/ QUOTE ] Well I bought ATVI yesterday and then was super happy to see that someone called in and asked about Activision in the lightning round later that night. He said that he saw it going at least to 20 (closed at 16.91 yesterday). Woo hoo good times, I thought it would at least jump a point or two...well it shot up to 17.25 then 2 hours before closing fell to 16.69 (and is lower now in after hours trading). The Cramer "buzz" didn't work out for me today.
