General re-raise question - when the short stack goes all in

I was in a little home tourney yesterday and the following came up:

Blinds were 50/100, it's three handed, I raise to 300 on the button, sb calls, bb goes all in for 350. Can I re-raise here?

No, you can only call or fold.

Because the all-in was not a full raise, it doesn't re-open the betting.
