Default Classic Poker wtf

I'm trying to clear my reload bonus, but, I can't tell how many hands I've played

I can't get Pokertracker to find the HH, and I can't get the crypto counter to find them either. I feel like I'm in a cave, cant see the light at the end of the CP tunnel. Anyone have this happen? How did u fix it?

Thanks
Derek

The only way I could figure out to get hands from Classic into PT is by using the Log Viewer on the Lobby screen. You can request either via number of hands or number of minutes, save as a text file and then import using PT's basic import process.

You can also call them and they will tell you how many raked hands you've played.

They still can't tell me after 4 phone calls. They finally emailed me my total raked and unraked hands played (1049) but haven't broken it down yet. Supposed to have an answer for me Saturday as to whether I've played enough. And this is for the initial sign up bonus no less! No way I'd go back for one to be credited later.

Classic Poker has had numerous complaints...it's a Cryptologic site trying not to be a normal Cryptologic site, even the interface is slightly different. And with that, the log storage is in a different place.

Use Cryptocounter to search in your "Documents and Settings" folder. You may need to set your hidden files to be viewable, but it's under your user account folder in the D&S folder. If you have a hard time finding it, do a search for your user account number for Classic Poker, and the folder should be there somewhere.

Classic Poker's website should be changing next month to clear up this bonus mess...they're under new management.

Check C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\D#########

Where "USERNAME" is the profile name you use to log into Windows and D######### is your classic poker account number.

As Harlan said it may a hidden folder so you will need to know how to unhide this as well.
