Default I don\'t know how to play poker (variance q?)

In 6k hands, I'm now down 265BB at 10/20 and 5/10. I feel like I don't know how to play poker anymore. I took a break for a few days and came back today, only to drop another 50BB in... I don't even know, maybe 200 hands. I know my game has been rattled a little bit and I've tilted some but how much does that account for? I was at 2.5BB/100 over 35k hands at 10/20. I don't know what to do. I moved down to 5/10 after the first 150BB but I'm still losing. I think I've stopped value betting some because I think they've just sucked out me again and I think I call down more because they can't possibly have me beat again. All my frequencies for when to call down and when to fold are messed up. I even took a break to play some NL tournaments, but after I lost with with KK vs AK and A2 PF, that was the end of that. I don't know what to do. Help.

I need to list these hands just to vent a little, sorry. These were part of the 200 hand stretch today.

If you're going to flame me or say some [censored] about neverwin or going broke, kindly [censored] yourself. I'd like some advice from people who have went through the same kinds of downswings. It's hard to think I'm a winning player after this.
