Help w/ second set and a redraw

OK, not sure if this should be a no-brainer or not. No reads on BB shortie. MP3 is a regular, decent aggressive player who is capable of getting it all-in with a wide-variety of hands on a drawing board.

Basically, the question is: Is it ever correct to lay something like this down?

Also, what are others thoughts on second sets with 8+out redraws in general facing a pot size raise or re-raise?

Hero (poster) calls $0.25, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0.25, MP3 bets $1, 3 folds, BB calls $0.75, Hero calls $0.75, MP2 calls $0.75.

BB checks, Hero checks, MP2 checks, MP3 bets $1, BB calls $1, Hero bets $8.25, MP2 folds, MP3 bets $30, BB calls $8.45 (All-In), Hero ???

For the results oriented:
Hero pushed all-in and won a nice pot when he flushed on the turn and the river bricked. MP3 showed K-K with a one ended straight draw. BB showed 13 out straight draw.

I would have to be alot deeper than this to even think of slowing down here. Push and don't look back.

If I knew MP3 was tight, AND he had potted it indicating top set, I could see calling here and using your position to bluff if any 9TJA hit on the turn. However given his weak bet, you have to raise pot as you did in case he has some weak draw like JTxx. I don't think passing on the reraise is all that bad, but in most cases, I would be pushing here since you can't be 100% sure he has KKxx.
