Re: QTs hand in the SB... uh oh
Hmm. What makes this especially difficult is that BB could have started with any two cards. So the possibilities we have to consider are a flush, a straight, a semi-bluff with something like K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], a pure bluff on a scare card, a set, and any two pair, as well as a top pair hand that he waited until the turn to raise with or something like Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] whose chances just improved.
The pot's not that big, and if BB is bluffing or semi-bluffing, he's doing it against two players. Still, against an unknown, I probably would call down, thinking there's a decent chance I have the best hand or will improve to it (by catching an 8 on the river to overtake my opponent's 65, for instance). Of course, if BB is semi-bluffing, he could be the one to improve to a winning hand on the river. |
