Fast moving blinds

It seems to me that many online MTT have blinds that move so quickly that most of the skill is taken out of the tournaments. For example, on PP, the blinds increase every 15 miin. Are there specific strategy changes to make for these fast moving tournaments? I have read HOH, but many of his ideas do not seem to apply to these all in fests.

Your assumption is incorrect as you have failed to take into consideration the amount of blinds and the number of hands dealt per hour versus a live tournament. You'll find that most live tournaments have blind structures as quick or even quicker than PP or other online sites.
