Default RAM question

A few weeks ago, my motherboard and one of two of my 512mb memory cards fried. I replaced the motherboard with an identical model that I got from EBAY for 20 bucks and got my computer back up and running. I would like to install a new 512mb card and need some advice.

I need a 184 pin pc2100 (266mhz) 512mb card. Where should I look and what should I get? Can I find something for less than $40?

Thanks in advance!

The Bricks and Mortar stores run sales all the time. As do the various internet dealers, and there's always Ebay.

I don't mean this as a flame, but if you check these sources regularly, I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for pretty quickly.
