Playing sit and go's on Autopilot

There was a thread here a while back written by a well respected poster (I can't remember who), who outlined how to play the lower level sit and go's on autopilot. I can't remember enough keywords or the posters name to be able to search for it. If someone can point me in the right that would be greatly appreciated.
