Default playing with 2 maniacs pre flop caps

Just travelling home from finishing a project in the Black Hills, stopped in Deadwood for a mtt(2nd) and ring game. Driving through Montana decided to stop in Bozeman for the night and looked up a local poker room. Sat down to a 2/6 dealer choice (only thing available). Quickly doubled my stake but was unable to move beyond that as 2 players were continuously capping the action preflop blind and double straddling. For playing against maniacs and calling stations in hold em I'm solid. But for playing omaha high, omaha 8 and 7 stud, any hand recommendations? I admit I'm much less familiar with what hands validate calling a 3 bet in Omaha pre flop and with such large pots post flop is it possible to walk from a straight, a set or flush with potentially better hands available from the board?
