what is your turn line here? $5 rebuy
UTG+1 is a donk and his call can mean anything from a pair of deuces to air. SB is pretty straightforward, but gets some very basic stuff wrong.

How many players are left, how many get paid, and what is the avg stack size? I think those are important factors in deciding hero's decision here.

I think this is a very tough turn decision, but I'll take a stab at it. I'd probably bet ~10k into this turn. If villian was calling the flop with two overs and didn't hold a K I think you can buy this pot now. I'm folding if villian pushes though at this stage, and if he flat calls I'm letting this hand go on the river if I miss.

hm..
i think i take another stab at it, with 10k/11k, and fold to a push, and re-evaluate on the river w/ the default being check-fold on a miss. On the flop, i think a raise to 10k has significant psychological advantage over the raise to 9k. Sounds silly, but i think that 5 digits looks scarier to people than 4. |

[/ QUOTE ] i actually agree. but the extent of how much if scares them (ie will they fold to 10k as opposed to 9k just because it *looks* scarier) is questionable. anyway, the way i actually played this hand is horrible. i've not been playting myt best lately and I think I need to take more time on hands such as this one. Very tough turn decision, but I know i made the wrong one in the heat of the moment; something i need to workon. |

Good to see we more or less agree I wasn't super sure about my line on this one.
