How best to play QQ here?

Anybody play this much differently?
Villain's stats are 47 VPIP, 9 PFR. We both have around $2k.

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
7 folds.
UTG limps for $20, I raise to $80, folded to Villain on Button
who reraises to $180. UTG and Hero both call.

Flop: 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks, Villain bets $320 into a $580 pot, UTG folds. Hero calls.

Turn: 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Villain bets [$250].
Hero is all-In for about 1200 more.
Villain calls.

River: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

So he reraises preflop, bets 300 on the flop but only 200 on the turn when the 3 trips. What do you think he is representing here? Hint: It's not a 4.

The small bet on the turn either means a very good (AA or KK) hand or inferior (AK or worse). Could just be trying to get a reraise? Trouble is the guy is so loose he could have a wide range of hands...
