how's this?

I'd just bet the flop. You don't have any idea that anyone will bet.

I agree. I think you should lead this flop. It's pretty raggy, after all.

either bet the flop or check/fold.

in a large pot, checking the flop is not playing aggressive. betting to fold every J,Q,A you can is. reevaluate on the turn after the smoke clears.

i'd lead the flop and 3-bet if raised, then go from there, but with how you played it, i see no reason not to bet the river for value

Would anyone bet this river, as SB has called throughout the hand, and might call with a weaker pair?

why would you 3-bet?

because i could see 88 or 99 raising this board or even AQ/Jo here.

of course, it's very read dependent. since you're not going to make that play against a rock, but you may also get him worried enough to fold a weak king on the turn like K2.

i didnt look at the preflop action when i wrote that though (and still havn't), so their ranges may not be that high in which case id be wrong.
