Default A weird one

Posting here even though it's an 8 handed game because it's a blindsteal hand.

Live 10/20 game. Folds to a LAG button who opens and will open any 2 about 90% of the time from the hijack to the button. On a prior hand with me he opened in MP, I 3-bet TT in the CO, the BB called and he bet the flop/turn on an Axx board. I folded the turn and he won unimproved after the river checked through. Anyway, he opens, I fcuk up and toss out only enough chips to call, the BB folds. I have A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

Flop is 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. I check, he bets, I call.

Turn is the A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. I gaybet, he stacks and shuffles 8 chips (enough to raise) for about 4 seconds, looks at me, stacks and shuffles, and then just calls.

River is the T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. I check, he bets, I sexy, he 3-bets...

I don't like the river checkraise much.

When he's got junk, he'll sometimes check behind. Or he might not call the raise.

I think he was putting on a show on the turn for your benefit. But I call the 3-bet on the river and expect to lose.

Also, obvious, 3-bet pf.

Checkraise the flop.

Turn looks good.

I like the river checkraise. I'll also like a crying call.

I can't believe you just used "gaybet" and "sexy" when talking about a hand. I thought you were cool.

Is there a cap? W/o a cap I call, with a cap, I cap because I feel like getting 5-bet is really unhappy times.

Capping seems like spew-city when your river checkraise gets 3-bet.

how good a thinker is he? I could see him having AK or AQ but I'd need a reason to think he'd do that. AT makes perfect sense, and AA or TT make some sense. I don't think you can 4-bet against most people

what was your plan on the flop? checkraise any turn?

He would basically 3-bet any 2 cards on the flop so my plan was to checkraise any turn until it improved my hand. The gaybet is very good at making me look ready to fold to a raise, letting me 3-bet.

I'm assuming that a lag who opens 90% of the time will pop with a naked ace often enough that it isn't.

It sort of looks like a deuce too doesn't it? If he thinks sfer is super weak on the turn (due to donk bet) he might wait to raise the river.
