SNG tracker filter error

I've always had issues with random filters not working. I'm trying to get it to show games played between 10PM and 2AM (which is really 8PM-12AM in my time zone). I input it perfectly, 10:00:00 PM to 2:00:00 AM, click apply filter, and I get an error box.

On top it says, "An unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. Click continue and application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. Conversion error from string "11/5/2005 2:00:00 AM"

Then in the scrolly-box-thingy it says:

Now, I love this software, but I just wish it would be updated once in awhile. If the author stuck around to make updates I'd be glad to donate a little for his time as it's a really great app and it has the potential to be even better.

In the meanwhile, is there any way I can get filter working properly?
