Default 3/6 blind defense hand

I didn't have stats on button but they tried to steal my blind every hand. bb is laggy.

PokerStars 3/6 Hold'em (6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
3 folds, <font color="red">Button raises</font>, <font color="red">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="red">BB caps</font>, Button folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (10 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
<font color="red">Hero bets</font>, BB calls.

Turn: (6 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
<font color="red">Hero bets</font>, BB calls.

River: (8 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
<font color="red">Hero bets</font>, BB calls.

Final Pot: 10 BB

looks good to me. only other option i could see is trying to checkraise the turn.

I debated with a friend on this. I said I would have bet/3 bet the flop, he said I didn't have enough equity. I also thought about CRing the flop. How are those?
