Whats the difference in CON banning you for playing only for bonuses? Whats the difference from all the casinos that dont allow you to whore all that are in their group? Empire made a business decision to ban players because of bonus abuse just like anyone else would in the online gambling industry. If you account is closed cry me a river.

They share the same customer service, and they share paypro for payment processing, which I assume is also run by Indians, but the great majority, if not all of the manager-level and above employees at Empire are not Indian.

One cannot in any way compare poker sites and casino sites in this regard. Casino sites MUST do what they can to stop intelligent players, because they know that if they don't fucc their customers, they will get fucced by their customers. And it is hard to invent bonuses that look good to their idiot customers while not being a good deal to an intelligent customer. So they have to look for intelligent customers and ban them, at least from getting bonuses.

The problem is that some poker sites are run by people from the casino world, who thinks that a poker site is just another kind of casino site. Hence they think of their (desireable) customers as idiots, and, obviously, even that bonuses is by nature a fucc-or-get-fucced proposition. Also, I believe the get-a-percentage-of-all-profit-forever affiliate deals also comes from these people who think a poker site is a kind of casino site, as these kinds of deals makes perfect sense in the casino world, but not at all sense (in my opinion) in the poker world.

Hi there Empire. You probably won't read this, but here I go anyway:

You are handling this like morons. This ain't the casino business. You don't have to fucc or get fucced. You can change your bonus conditions so that you will never lose money on any player playing a bonus. Just state that a player has to contribute at least the bonus amount in rake before he can get it, or the specified minimum number of hands, whichever comes last.

Starting to ban players, and in a bad-mannered way on top of things, instead of changing the rules, is just stupid and bad business. Some of the people you now ban, might have become very good customers in the future, and you could have kept them by just changing your bonus rules. Instead you lose them and probably others who take offense by your actions.

Get your heads out of your casino asses.

i get no good check from ep and bank charge me $35 fee. now how i get that back and knew check from ep if anywon no. big hasle for me an steamed now. plus why cut transfer limit to freinds? make know cents at all.
