5th Generation iPod
In short, does anyone know anything about the 5th generation iPod and when it will come out?
I want to buy one but I don't want to buy a 4th generation and then have a newer one come out a week later. I have tried to google the answer and found that the 5th generation was supposed to be released July 7th, but apparently that didn't happen. I've made up my mind that an iPod is what I want. So please refrain from trying to persuade me to buy another type of mp3 player. Thanks.

I've had many such devices. I've left some by the wayside. You will not be disappointed with your iPod purchase. One of the best personal electronics products ever produced.

Until it breaks, or the battery dies, and then you are screwed. Buy it at Costco or Sam's Club for the lifetime return policy.
