Do You Deposit online with a credit card? HELP PLEASE

Hi,

I'm desperately trying to find a Visa issuing bank that allows for online gambling deposits... all the poker rooms casinos and Neteller say the majority do, but I can't even find one, I've spent about 6hrs searching for information and have requested lists from Visa USA (VISA corporate) PartyPoker, Neteller etc, none will help me. I've called about a dozen card issues and haven't had any luck, if you deposit online with a credit card please let me know what issuing bank you use so I can try and get a card through them.
