Default Ass-end of the straight.

Am I the only one that finds this mind-numbingly annoying? This phrase has to stop immediately. Low-end of the straight is much better IMO.

i must disagree. i've been using this phrase for years, but have never seen it posted on the board. i like the phrase, because more often than not, you end up looking like a donkey at the showdown.

Bah, we must think of a new name. Horrid memories of Tilt come everytime I hear "ass-end".

You ought to embrace that show. I am seeing a new breed of idiot out there that is raising crap like 64s from EP, trying to act like the Matador. Thursday nights are like a trip to the fish farm online these days.

I posted it as "butt-end" recently and didn't get a single reply. Maybe my dislike for profanity in poker turned people off.

Anyway, whatever we call it, it bit me in the butt. Or ass. Or whatever.
