Anyone actually have money forfeited on Party?? HELP

Just curious if anyone has actually had money confiscated by Party...

I used to use PE and stopped when the whole crap started happening with it..

Then I noticed on paypal that they charged me again this month so I went to the site to email them and ask why.

I Immediately ( within 2 minutes) got the pop up from Party and an email saying that they could/would confiscate my money.

I was curious if this has actually happened or of they just close your account

Don't use Internet Explorer, Use Mozilla Firefox! That way Party can't sneak a peek at what websites you frequent.
