QuickCash at Party

I know affiliates can transfer money to their players using QuickCash. However, I swear I also read somewhere that a player could transfer back to the affiliate using QuickCash. Is that right? (This is not an RB question and has nothing to do with RB)

fwiw, I've never heard of a player being able to use QuickCash.

What would it matter if you were transferring back to the affiliate with quickcash? If you arent an affiliate why not just use the normal account transfer?
