Could someone summarise the entire Crimson challenge thing? All i know is there are a tonne of posts with a tonne of replies and they seem to involve people eating large quantities of unsuitable foods. People pledge money for this, dunno where the money goes to....

The money goes to those who complete their Crimson Challenge or whose failed attempt is worthy of remuneration as determined by El Diablo and the committee (which, as far as I can determine, is just another name for daryn).

1. El D and Committee must accept the challenge and amount involved.
2. Challenge must be video-taped by persons deemed acceptable to El D and Committee.
3. Video of challenge is reviewed by El D and Committee and they make a final determination of the amount to be awarded


There may well be other criteria, restrictions, etc.

Boris, rest assured, Platinum members (and especially Charter members) are recognized as the backbone of this entire effort and will be handsomely rewarded. In your case, I'm pretty sure this will involve hooking you up w/ a really hot porn star or something.

How about fiefdoms? Like, platinum members could own a couple of states and all their citizens and video rights and proceeds. But they would have to visit Vegas every year and swear their loyalty to the Crimson King, and Yea, there would be Much Rejoicing, and, Forsooth, Vastest Abundance of Ye Barf. And bimbos, God willing.
