CB'ing with 3 villians in the hand with you is -EV. So don't do it. (Are you always PFR'ing to $3 at PP NL100? I find I get way too much action with a $3 PFR. My standard is $4, and sometimes I do $3.50)

As played, I might bet the turn as well. It would be villian dependent and dependent on my image at the table. I wouldn't bet $18 though. I don't want to check to him and let him set the price for the turn. I'd maybe try to get away with a $12 turn bet and see what happens. If he minraised that, I'd call and hope.
