Re: AA
Thanks for the responses so far guys.
My concern while playing this hand was that he didn't even pause for a second when he 3-bet me on the turn. After raising the turn, I thought to myself, "If he 3-bets, I'm calling down..." because how could this otherwise tight, non-tricky opponent have anything other than TT (or maybe even a five)? I realize a 5 is less likely given his stats and preflop actions, but still.... Adam |

Adam [/ QUOTE ] I don't know that an extremely tight player would 3-bet that flop with TT after you capped his threebet preflop. I think in order of likelyhood here are his hands. KK, AA, TT, QQ, 55. I can't see him having any other hands.I cap the turn and call a river bet. edit: when i first posted this I didn't see the flushdraw. I think AcKc or AcQc are also very possible. |

Re: AA
I cap the turn and call the river(or raise it since you called turn). This guy's stats scream "weak-tight ABC" and he probably isn't smart enough to slow down with a weaker overpair. TT is the only hand he can have that beats you that beats you.

Re: AA
Just want to agree Jeff.
When I see stats like this on 6 max, I actually think "this guy cant play poker" These are the exact situations where that is proven. KK. |
