It's working fine and has been for the past 2 hours since ive been on. I'm also doing their free tourny stud/omaha absolute rewards thing that expires today.. pl o8...been fun so far.

Edit: I also had the update but it works for me.

If you guys have firewalls, makes sure the firewall isnt blocking it. Updates tend to change firewall settings for poker programs as it is like a new program. Just a thought.

I had the exact same experience. Asked me to update and I did so and then proceeded to log in and it just hangs up. I've tried for about 10 minutes. Not happy....

apparently they were having some problems, according to their support. everything appears to be fixed now.

I've had problems trying to download their updated software twice, I need to restart my computer several times to get the download to open.

Their software SUCKS and they don't seem to care. Truly sad cause the site has serious potential if you ask me. Maybe they will wake up and do something, but I doubt it.
