Default Terrible Wynn dealer

I was playing at the Wynn tonight and after a few good dealers and a so so dealer, and a lot of bad cards, our table gets a terrible dealer.
I am in the SB, and get dealt an ace, and the next card is flipped up a Kc. So I object saying it is a misdeal, and the dealer says "no it isn't" and deals out the rest of the cards.
Two players fold, and a third calls the BB, when the dealer decides it is a misdeal and starts taking cards.
I say "Wait, I thought this wasn't a misdeal" and said that enough people had acted to create significant action. (I then looked it up online and I was correct, the hand should have been played out)

Nope - I called for him to stop, but he kept collecting cards and it was too late to get the floor over.
I got them over - but they didn't seem to care.

So I guess there was nothing I could have done. Or was there?

On a side note, Two hands later, he pushes a pot to the wrong person, and the next hand a older drunker man FLIPS out that the dealer won't tell him what the raise is to, this is in 4-8 limit, and the guy had been playing for hours. Security has to come over and escort him out.
