Question or 2.....................
I was looking at the way these guys play shorthanded, with the raising on any hand that you would call with and I am trying to make sense of it. I dont agree with what I see mostly BUT I know theres a whole theory behind this type of play and I would like to know "whos theory is it or where I can read about this aggressive approach" Im new to shorthanded play or I should say my interest in it as I see the pots grow lately and any help is greatly appreciated, thanx so much! Re: Question or 2.....................
Advice: Read every post in this forum for the next 3 weeks. If you have a lot of time, then read every post from the past month or so. You will start to get the hang of it very quickly. This forum is easily the #1 source for shorthanded play.

Re: Question or 2.....................
I concur.
This aggressive strategy has evolved on this forum over the past few years, mainly to emphasize winning more than our fair share of pots and generating excess action by appearing looser than we really are. It's quite effective, as spydog said - read this forum regularly for a few weeks and you'll get a feel for it. Surf |
