Default From Party to What?

There has been a couple of posts lately to the effect that the fish are no longer as prevalent at Party. I happen to agree with the posters, to a degree. IMO...The tables have tightened up somewhat in the last two months, especially at the $50-$200 no-limit, full ring games.

My first guess is that this is a seasonal thing, that the college kids are back at school working on papers and have less time for the game. My second thought is that negative reinforcement is beginning to have its effect and that the players that have been consistently CRUSHED by poor play are starting to get wiser.

But to be honest, I have no idea why the play seems different; yet after a couple of thousand hands, over the last two months, it just does. [Flamers please note: I am not experiencing a downswing, just a reduction in profits. This is not a bad beat post in disguise.]

So, can someone recommend another site to try out with these buy-in limits in mind? UB? Pacific? Bodog?

Diversification never hurts, right?

Right.

Unless it does hurt. In which case, wrong.

Diversification for the sake of diversification is lazy cowardice.

Not sure what you mean. And even if I did understand, would this really give answer to my question?

I have found Paradise Poker to be quite loose at low-limit HE tables. I have not played NL there.

I am told that Bodog has some loose/crazy play at their NL tables, but I have not played there before.
