Default A Tough Play (for me)

AK from the BB at a 50+5 at party poker.

Push or Fold?

IMO the decision is largely dependant on stack size. With 2000 chips or more this seems an easy fold. With 600 chips or less pushing is natural. But where would you draw the line?

Is my stack small enough to push? If I fold here and on the SB next hand I will have only 900 chips (level 5, blinds 100/200).

Do you think there is too much action to do anything (other then fold)?

Reads can play an important roll in this type of decision as well. This was a wild table, so I figured I was dominating at least one hand. In this table the risk of AA, KK is reduced, because they were so aggressive with any PP early in the game.

MP1 is desperate with t550 and will move in with any PP or Ace (he had A8).

MP2 and SB only called - increasing the chances they hold AT-AQ or a medium PP (MP2 had 77, SB folded to my all-in).

I would generally fold here, but I could be making a mistake.

I think you just have to go for it here. If you fold you're down to 900 in one more hand and are going to be looking to push in the next round. You'll be hoping to find a hand quick, then have it hold up, just to get up to 2k. If you win this pot you are in very good shape, and the chances of you being dominated are very small.

I don't like MP2's cold call. It's setting off warning bells. If MP2 hadn't called, I'd say push, but I'm expecting him to have some premium holding like JJ-AA.

I agree with Curtains. Fold. You are left with enough chips to steal with position.
