Bet365 - No Neteller withdrawals???

I thought whoring Bet365 would be just a quick in and out process, but I was wrong.

I went on last night with the sole intention of clearing the bonus, which I did in a few hours. I was not happy with the software or really anything about the service so I decided I would withdraw my money. First, the bonus was not put into my account until this morning. I was told this was normal as you have to e-mail customer service and actually ask for the bonus.

So now I'm trying to withdraw the full amount. When I choose the option to do so, it tells me the payment method I chose (Neteller of course) does not support online withdrawals. WTF? This is a first...I can't do an online transaction via Neteller?? I e-mailed support about this hours ago and have yet to receieve a response. Does this mean they're gonna send me a check? Considering how long it takes just to hear back from them, I could be waiting until Christmas for a check.

Anyone have any info on this?

Do a search. There was a post in the last week about this. You have to log into NT and request a transfer from Bet365.

This works perfectly, I did it last night and had the money by this morning.

Just cash out with neteller.

Do this:

Log into your Neteller account.

Click on the 'transfer' with a merchant (transfers to/from merchants).

Enter the merchant transfer code which is BET34725 (in the white box).

Then select to transfer funds 'from a merchant'. (This is displayed in
blue underlined text).

Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and your bet365 username in the
merchant account ID box.

Select make transfer.

We will then complete the transfer for you.

For your information, you are able to withdraw up to $20,000 by Neteller
in any seven day period.
