Usually it doesn't work that way. First of all most places are 16, not 18 (at least in NJ) and second of all, if you are within 4 years (i.e., 18 and 15 is ok but 19 and 15 is not) then it doesn't matter. So 15 and 16 is still legal...

Morally, I see no problem with a consensual relationship between 19 and 15, but the law does.

It's true. This is the time of the typical woman's peak of sexual desire. You "boys" will someday understand that a woman's desire is at least as important as her physical appearance, vis-a-vis the satisfation of her sexual partner.
