I think I fold this PF, but given that you decided to call, I play it the same, most players that raise PF will bet when the ace comes to represent it, the fact that he checked is highly suspicious. Another line could be I suppose to bet the flop and fold to a CR.

hmm... I like and I don't know what else to do. I don't really like betting the flop.

you're betting the river if he checks?

Yep. I can see him calling with lower pairs.

I would probably fold this PF. Q4o is pretty ugly, and I don't like to take Q high to showdown.

Other than that, I play it the same, and bet the river if checked to.

Fold preflop,

As you called, I would probably bet the flop. An A will have probably continued betting or will c/r you here. This board scared him and you are not completely bluffing so weak PP may call down

How high does our kicker need to be before we start calling here?

I was half expecting a Q7o comment out of you

I think this is dramatically different than an actual HU match. Against an unknown at the 5/10 game, I think Q4o is in pretty bad shape. Risk of domination is pretty bad, and I think we are behind a huge portion of an unknown's raises here. I'd stove it, but I am at my parents place for the holidays, and don't have any poker related software

Call is good, I like your post flop play.

I don't mind folding vs an unknown either, just see a showdown if you get a pair and it can't be much -EV.
