Default Busted Draw or Set?

I know that a raise after the river usually means a strong hand that the opponent has been slow playing, but this one looked like a busted flush draw. Can you 2+2ers please look over this hand?

Thanks in advance,
Murs

your failure to raise preflop in late position makes his hand tough to read. could have easily held 68d, queen with a bad kicker that made two pair, in addition to 22, 44.

I didn't raise this hand because I was BB and it was pretty much a family pot and it was likely I would miss the flop because my hand isn't that solid in a family pot. Should I have raised preflop? If so, how much?

actually, i misread your initial post and thought you were LP. even so, this is a raising hand, if for no other reason than to see where you are. alternatively, if you dont want to raise, you cant get so attached to TPTK. too many flimsy hands could have you killed.
