Results in white.

<font color="white">Both bets were called.

The first guy had T 5 spades.

The second guy had A 7 spades.

The purpose of this post is really to show that there is no point trying to extract a few chips from donks on the river as they're likely to pay you far more than you can imagine.

Good post &amp; good point Lori, thanks. Sometimes I get all caught up in how to extract chips in situations like that. Its simple against the donks - just push and they will call.

First hand is very interesting. Risking a little to gain a lot.

Damn.

What buyins would you do this on? (anybody) Is there something special about bodog? Is it a site for only differently-abled ferrets?

I didn't really know/remember where the differently-abled ferrets thing came from.

I like this post and have tried it successfully sincing receiving this advice. However, if this theory holds true, it is probably a good reason to not bluff all-in on the river... b/c you will get called!

i hate the pre-flop on the A8 hand. i might fold AJ here. it's early - let donks bust each other and chill.

on the 22 hand, i think limping the button is fine. i'd raise the flop though. you want to stack Ax, and you don't want to give freebies to a flush draw. start getting building a pot.

I don't think open limping on the button is going to be popular.

I open limp here.

And it's not even close... do you see why? Don't mind me Lori, just wanted to respond to one of your posts like that. FWIW I open limp here all day.
