JUST CONTACTED TGC BY PHONE ABOUT RAKED HANDS PROBLEM

It does appear that the system is only counting contributed raked hands. I was told that this would be passed along and fixed. The guy I talked to said that everyone would get credit for the correct amount of raked hands but it may take 24-48 hours to fix the problem.

So, since it is still counting raked hands incorrectly I am not going to get the freeroll today. Am I just screwed?

I am also having problems with this as well. I sent them an email last night.

I have played about 385 hands, of which 220 were raked hands as noted by Pokertracker. However TGC Support said I only played 92 raked hands.

Ya, I averaged about 2.5 tables for 7 hours this morning. PT said I played 852 hands and had 560 raked but TGC only showed me as having 192 raked.
