Empire GET15 Account Specific Reload

I just logged into Empire and I had the GET15 account specific reload. Does anyone know how many raked hands are needed to clear this and how long you have to clear it? I clicked on the restrictions link but it wasn't working.

I originally got this offer by email:

I got this today too, except they gave me a deadline of Dec. 31. Same thing anyway.
