Operation Mongoose was designed to covertly overthrow Castro. ZR RIfle was a program designed to assasinate Castro. Several of the Watergate Plumbers were training in Florida with the ZR Rifle program (Frank Sturgis, Howard Hunt, Felix Rodriguez). The Chicago outfit's main man in this operation was Johnny Roselli.
Both Johnny Roselli, and Sam Giancana were murdered 1 week before they were called to testify at the HCSA.
