how are we supposed to know what you can and can't make in a year? do you play good, or do you play bad? if you play bad, probably not. from the sound of your post, it sounds like you are being very unrealistic and should almost definitely quit.

if you want to stick with it, try focusing on learning to play better instead of having unrealistic (given what you've said) financial expectations.

I'm not going to sit here and question your ability but I don't think you can play poker with this mindset. I think you're going to have to accept that you may make less money if you want to play pro. Yes, you could make a whole lot more but that may come with a willingness to accept a whole lot less. I'm Yoda today.
