If you have no intention of c/f river(and you shouldn't) then push. If he's been calling down with a smaller pair he will surely call the river, or he will fold his missed FD. Those are the two most likely holdings I can see, with the mid pp being most likely. He could have badly misplayed TP on the flop and you'll lose your stack, but doesn't seem likely. JMO

Which lower pair is paying him off on the river? 22-TT is couterfeited and I really don't see KK in his hand range.

That's a very good point and makes pushing pointless. Only way to make any more on this hand is picking off a bluff. That said I'm c/c this and liking it.
