Well, I'm eating my breakfast right now. It's a chicken breast on linquine with tomato sauce (no parmesan cheese).

Pistacchios. And then some stale cookies. And maybe a fruit shake (strawberries, honeydew, honey, OJ and vanilla flavoring) if I can convince my lazy azz to make it.

Wife is away for the week, so this is all I can muster. Sad, I know.

It's between Salmon with Zuchinni and Broccoli, or Chicken Vindaloo with Basmati Rice.

I've had it with striped bass (note to anyone who wants to do this-use a smaller striper. the larger ones' meat doesn't fry as well as the smaller ones). and it rocked. rockcod fries well, so these should be tasty as well. toasted buns, some homemade tartar sauce and I'm set.
