strip club underwear removal

this guy at work had his bachelor party this weekend and was telling us how him and some other guy got their underwear ripped off by the strippers. is that common ? that's funny. except i have a hard time visualizing it though without thinking ouch in some way.. how do you just rip underwear off ? could i get a demonstration ? thanks.

I would guess the easiest way (with boxers at least) would be to grab either side of the hole in front and just pull really hard. Doesn't seem like it would be painful.
