Default Re: what kind of tv do you have ?

I have two, one HD monitor the 65" Sony CRT downstairs and an RCA DLP 61" HDTV in my master bedroom upstairs. After watching football in HD a few years ago I had to have it at my home. Our local cable system offered HD boxes in July of 03 and I've had it ever since.

I still watch some non-HD programming but mainly DVD's or sporting events and news programs (on FOX of course).

the viewing angles are much better now. for hd content, you do want one that big. look at http://www.myhometheater.homestead.c...alculator.html and consider the viewing distance it suggests for thx/smpte. for the price of a decent 37" flat panel you can get a 50" rear projection lcd.
