Could Someone Please Help Me With Absolute Hand Histories

I never receive my requested hand histories from Absolute. I do however receive my promotional emails, withdrawel comfirmations etc.

My hand histories go to an aol email address and I've tried to look at the spam filter to be sure that the emails can get through but I don't know what I'm looking for.

Can someone please give me explicit directions to be sure that aol is not filtering the Absolute HH's.

They are not in there. And I don't really want to use a different email address because everything poker related I have is on this email address including Neteller.

Then I would suggest talking to Absolute Poker about the problem you are having.
They appear to have good customer service. Hell they bought Microbob's computer off of him so that they could test why he was having such a crappy time on their servers with his CPU.

I'm sure they will try to figure out what the problem is for you.

I've been in exactly the same situation for a couple of months now. If anyone's solved this please post with how you did it.
