My biggest mistake used to be playing too loosely pre-flop. I have tightened up considerably. Now my biggest leaks are:

1) Chasing.
2) Trying to bluff morons.
3) Overplaying draws.

1) Forgetting to bluff and be aggressive after a few losses.
2) Calling big value bets on the river when I know I'm beat.
3) Bluffing so often that my opponents realize that they can trap me anytime they want.

Used to be:

1. Not being a luckbox.
2. Looking at my results
3. Chatting with TheUsher and Raptor on AIM while playing...

Are now:

1. Getting 'fancy'
2. Coming up with a solid plan for my hand and then deviating for no actual reason
3. Chatting with TheUsher and Raptor on AIM after playing...
