Default Party Poker Million Qualifiers

Anyone have any idea how to play these, particularly the limit ones? I seem to get no playable hands in the early stages and the ones I do get later don't develop and have to be folded on the flop. At that point, one bad hand wipes me out. Should I play looser than normal, play supertight, or try the no-limit qualifiers instead? (Won one last year to get in the semis). I've done OK with limit SNG's and even a multitable or two but the structure of the PPM limit qualifiers rises faster than regular SNG tables.
