Default Middle Pair vs preflop 3-bettor

Main villain here is 50/26 so his 3-bet range is pretty wide here. He seems pretty in line preflop, and I'm not sure if he does or doesn't raise overcards.
Other guy is a typical loose-passive chump.

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

Flop: (9.50 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero needs a good line

My plan was to check-raise if it's HU, and check-call / donk the turn if it's still 3-way. Not sure why, but that's what I had in mind. I think if this flop wasn't monotone I'm check-raising that flop no matter what. Thoughts?

Lead this flop and hope button raises to make it HU. I would call and donk a non club non A turn.

Does anyone cap preflop against this joker.

I donk the flop. I can't imagine he raises much that isn't a flush. Or at least a pair and a flush draw. If he does raise the flop, I would call and re-evaluate after turn.

If turn is club, I am done with c/f. If not, I probably call down.

Not 3 way. I would rather see a flop and donk bet a lot of flops or c/r a 7. 99+ I'm capping and 88 is close, but i don't think so.

Post-flop: donk bet-call. Then turn action depends on BB and turn card.

Alright, looks like donk is the consensus here. I just figured most hands he raises here own us, so then I'm put in a bad situation. Can just check-call it down from there though, I guess.
