Default Can I multitable w/ a Dell Inspiron 8100?

I posted this in the computer/technical help, but I'm not sure whether that's the right forum or if this is the right forum...My friend is going to replace the motherboard on my girlfriend's laptop. She said she got the biggest screen available a couple years ago and I think it's a 17"? Will I be able to 4 table comfortably w/ the 8100 w/out overlap or will there be some overlap? Is there any software that would make it easier to multitable on a laptop?

Thanks in advance

Someone with brains will probably answer this soon after I, but if you WUXGA and can do at least 1600x1200 resolution, then yes, I know the widescreens do something like 1920x1200 or something like that, I 4 table on a notebook occasionally that only covers 1024x768 its doable just not as easy.

size of the screen doesn't matter.

the resolution does.

it could be a 21" screen but could still have overlap.
conversely, it could be a 15" screen (or even smaller I guess) and could do 4 tables with room to spare if the resolution is high enough.
